Born in Galway, Ireland, Eamonn moved to the Boston area in
2013. Eamonn Grealish began his passion for photography, shooting
landscapes and adventures around Ireland. He developed a preference for Sports
Photography while shooting for local teams in his native Galway. Upon moving to the United States, he was
hired by local colleges - Stonehill College and Providence College - shooting
for a variety of sporting events. Eamonn
currently lives in Dedham with his wife, newborn baby boy, and dog “Bo.

football has seen a number of interesting occurrences when it comes to
games played. Teams have often played Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday
(particularly the Seattle Cavaliers) although no one has ever done a
weekend triple play, but it might be that it is yet to be
discovered. Teams have played as many as seven games in a month (in
October 1963, the South Boston Chippewas did that).
Our 2016 Team Awards Banquet was held on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at The Iron Furnace located on Hancock Street here in Quincy. We were the first group to hold a group event in their new space!
The day before at the Eastern Football League (EFL) League meeting, Quincy Militia Football was presented with the 2016 EFL Franchise of the Year Award!

This contest will be judged by Boston Globe sports writers and editors
on topic development, organization, style, and mechanics. First place
winners in each grade are invited to take part in an award ceremony at
The Sports Museum at TD Garden and attend the Boston Celtics game
afterwards on March 29, 2017.
