Born in Galway, Ireland, Eamonn moved to the Boston area in
2013. Eamonn Grealish began his passion for photography, shooting
landscapes and adventures around Ireland. He developed a preference for Sports
Photography while shooting for local teams in his native Galway. Upon moving to the United States, he was
hired by local colleges - Stonehill College and Providence College - shooting
for a variety of sporting events. Eamonn
currently lives in Dedham with his wife, newborn baby boy, and dog “Bo. |

The Sports Museum is now accepting entries for The 2017 Will McDonough Writing Contest. Students in grades 4-12 are encouraged to enter by writing and submitting an essay celebrating Boston sports.
The submission deadline is 11:59 PM on
March 3, 2017.
This contest will be judged by Boston Globe sports writers and editors
on topic development, organization, style, and mechanics. First place
winners in each grade are invited to take part in an award ceremony at
The Sports Museum at TD Garden and attend the Boston Celtics game
afterwards on March 29, 2017. |
